HARD WORK VS SMART WORK

GEN Z has always been tagged with a profound prefix – “Smart”. Everything we use is smart , smart watch , smart phones ,smart pens etc etc … and Smart work is the only arena under “smartism” which people don’t generally speak of …

Let us take a senario of Mr.Smart who was located in time when smartphone wasn’t a thing, Mr.Smart takes a loan of amount 6,00,000 rupees from a nationalised bank mortgaging his property (as vehicle loan was charged at a higher rate),and thinks on investing that on a car such that he would drive around in that and live happily by the cab money he makes and somehow he would even repay the debt and be debt free and a owner of a car.

After a few days of thinking and visiting many car showrooms , Mr.Smart gets a phone call from his cousin Mr.Fortune ,from Switzerland, who tells him about Bitcoins which were like mockery at that time , but Mr.Smart curiously started working abstractly on the foreseeable future of the crypto , and invested around half of the money in Swiss crypto account and through which he invested in the bitcoin.

He was now left with half of the money he loaned out and was not enough to buy a car , so he served as a cab driver for someone else and didn’t do excess hard work and slowly started replaying the debt from the remaining loan amount and the money he made driving…

Recently after the boom of crypto Mr.Smart is a royal owner of a Rolls Royce and owns a Cab Agency called “Bieber”(not a mockery to Uber but he was a fan of Justin)

Thus Smart work is the work which requires enormous planning and confidence in the plan made , though the work done is minimal or rather the hard work is minimised but efforts are dealt in making a good plan for the execution , Mr.Smart could have just Hard Worked his entire life and repayed his debt and owned a car but smart work payed off… Though there will be no betrayal to your Hard Work but Smart Work ,requires a legit plan and a complete surrender to that plan.

While everything is smart , why work hard.. should be the motto of the era.
